A Day in the life
We are currently looking for a Principal Pricing Strategic Analyst to join our APAC CVG Strategy and Operations team. This is an opportunity to play a key role in defining market value, developing revenue and profit optimizing pricing strategies, pricing governance, pricing and contracting decision support, product launch price execution and forecasting and advanced analytics. You will partner closely with Business Unit Marketing to assess new product and feature value, develop pricing launch strategy and execution plans.

Key responsibilities include:

Develop pricing models to support product feature selection and portfolio development

Define optimal pricing strategies for new products in collaboration with HQ and Country marketing

Perform revenue modeling to set new product uplift targets

Develop tracking metrics and analytics post launch

Calculate quarterly national and regional price driver analysis

Analyze the impact of proposed pricing changes

Develop tools & tactics to drive incremental revenue growth

Primary liaison between Sales & BU for Level 3 approvals; bring forward full benefit and risk assessment in an unbiased manner

Develop and train field tools, price boundaries, and pre-contract process

Define India List prices and support country target and floor price setting

Must Have:

7-10 years of business or finance experience

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or Economics

Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint

Business acumen and strong analytical capability

Interpersonal skills, ability to be a team player, interact and influence different stakeholders and geographies

Excellent written and verbal communication skills - ability to communicate complex subjects in a simple way

Problem solving and proactive approach

Nice to have:


Proficiency in Business Objects and Vendavo

Experience in negotiation, customer interaction or contracts

Healthcare finance experience or health care economics
