Job DescriptionLuxury Service Assurance: You will be responsible for ensuring our guests receive luxury service by providing them with personalized assistance and assisting in the management and fulfillment of their special requests.
Budget and Expenses Management: Manage budgets and expenditures, analyze and interpret financial information, and monitor sales and profits.
Team Performance Oversight: Supervise team outcomes at all organizational levels.
Additionally, support personnel selection, onboarding, and training processes.


QualificationsAdministration with over 5 years of demonstrable experience, preferably in luxury resort hotels.
You must possess excellent leadership and attention to detail skills, the ability to make decisions, and conflict resolution capabilities.
Fluency in English is a mandatory requirement.
