The Role
:
A data driven and analytical role that will be focused on working closely with the leadership team to thoroughly review and analyse the client base, share of wallet and identify opportunities where the sales team can capitalize.
A strategic role that will involve detailed analysis, reporting and presenting back to the sales and marketing teams.
Some of the responsibilities include:
Ownership of all regional sales reporting
Coordinating Revenue, Budgeting, and Forecasting
Preparation of Margin and Pricing analysis, providing recommendations on Customer and Product pricing
Push to continue to improve and automate all levels of sales and operational reporting
Identify key business trends and provide meaningful insights
Partnering with Sales and Marketing teams on key sales initiatives
Ad hoc analysis/projects as required
The Candidate
:
Previous experience in a data driven, analytical role within FMCG is essential (it would be highly beneficial if youve worked in hardware or mass retail channel previously).
Our client is a mid:sized business where they are hands on, collaborative and offer a dynamic working environment.
Requirements
Ideally, you will be degree qualified
Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
Exposure to BI tools, focusing on building dashboards.
Knowledge of large ERP and CRM systems
Exposure to planning tools
Comfortable working cross:functionally in a flexible and positive manner
A sharp and analytical mindset with the ability to relate numbers back to operational reality
Solution:based approach to problem:solving
Ability to assess and communicate complex situations concisely
You must be a strong communicator and polished to be successful in securing the role.
**LOCATION : You will be required to commute to the office on a daily basis, our client is in North Western Sydney (Hills District, Parramatta Region).
