This is a unique and highly analytical and creative role, requiring strong UX design experience in leading and delivering all design aspects of a usable software product, including field experiences where users work from mobile devices and apps. But your real success will be measured by how well you couple critical thinking with self-motivation, enthusiasm, and determination.Design and validate new experiences via mockups, wireframes, flow diagrams, sketches, and other UX artifacts for our cloud-based applicationsDevelops high-level, detailed storyboards, sitemaps, mock-ups, user maps, and prototypes to effectively communicate and articulate complex ideas and reach a shared understandingLeverage the patterns, content, and solutions created by our Design System, Content Strategy, UX Research, and DesignOps teamsWork as an embedded member of a cross-functional agile product development team, collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Product Designers and create solutions based on researchPartner with in-house UX research experts to support generative research and usability tests with Procore usersArticulate design decisions to a variety of audiences, including tech leads, clients, and project ownersCollaborate with the Product Owner or stakeholders, to create high-level and detailed design requirements and make sure the implementation aligns with the visionWhat will help you succeed5+ years of experience designing world-class apps with a strong portfolio of design workProvide an online portfolio of work to review with best-in-class work and inspiring projects that tackle interaction design problems, including native platforms (iOS and Android) and responsive web designStrong proficiency with leading design tools - Specifically FigmaStrong client-facing communication skills, having the ability to articulate design decisions to a variety of audiences, including tech leads, company leaders, project ownersExperience with leading discovery, validation, and user testing through varying methodologies in order to help teams make the right product and design decisions
