The experienced Senior Project Officer / Implementation Lead will deliver the recommended activities outlined in the implementation plan from concept through to business as usual.
The Senior Project Officer/Implementation Lead will be required to;
Develop appropriate strategies to deliver the implementation plan, including a resourcing strategy
Deliver activities outlined in the implementation plan on time and within budget
Produce Standardised operating procedures, business processes and quality assurance documents
Design formal training and materials
Develop a risk and continuity plan
Prepare status reports and other reports as required
To be considered for this role candidates must be able to demonstrate:
Strong experience creating procedure documents, resource plans, business continuity plans and other relevant documentation
Experience working to project/implementation plan timelines and budgets with a strong record of successful delivery in tight timeframes
The ability to work autonomously to achieve results
An ability to quickly acquire general knowledge of the operational environment
Effective communication skills both written and oral including the ability to present to senior executives.
Project management skills and formal project management qualifications
As this role is within the Federal Government, applications are required to be Australian Citizens with the ability to obtain Baseline Clearance.
