As a strategic partner to the business, our Talent Acquisition team plays a critical role in all talent matters. As a Recruiter, you will establish strong partnerships within your aligned organizations, gaining a deep understanding of the business objectives to effectively deliver top-tier talent that supports these objectives.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you'll:Own the recruitment process end-to-end: conduct intake calls with the hiring managers, open and manage requisitions, develop search strategies, assess talent, steer the interview process for interviewers and candidates, and close candidates via the offer processPartner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor to understand and consult on their team's talent needs (external and internal)Conduct comprehensive and competency-based candidate interviews, demonstrating the ability to operationalize role requirements and hiring manager preferences to ensure a consistent candidate assessments. Interviewing candidates to evaluate their skill sets and competencies against our Twilio Magic values and job requirementsBuild strong relationships across stakeholders (FP&A, HR, Total Rewards, TA Ops, etc.)Ensure a top-tier experience for every candidate, regardless of the hiring decisionDisplay operational excellence following Twilio's company and regional recruitment processes and SLAsCollaborate with Recruiting Engine on talent intelligence and strategyMaximize the efficiency and operational excellence of the Talent Acquisition process through strong data and reportingCoach/mentor other recruitersRequired Qualifications:4+ years experience in a recruiting role (or similar), preferably at technology companies with a global presenceProficient in English.Experience hiring for GTM, quota carrying sales rolesDemonstrated success with full lifecycle recruiting and managing multiple requisitions simultaneouslyProven track record of delivering on the business goals in a fast-paced, challenging work environmentStrong relationship management of hiring managers to lead effective searches and drive compliant hiring practicesExcellent collaboration, communication, presentation, and team building skillsKnowledge of and adherence to local employment laws and compliance regulationsAbility to understand and analyze recruiting dataAbility to represent Twilio's employer brand and serve as an ambassador for the companyDesired:Proficient in SpanishProficient in PortugueseQualifications Not all applicants will have skills that match a job description exactly.
