For this position, you will need to have proven experience and responsibility in a busy or high volume kitchen. Our client is after a superstar who is hard working with a great attitude! You will be a capable leader with a real passion for food and working with fresh and quality produce.
A dynamic position where no day is the same this role offers the challenge of events changing on a week to week basis requiring you to utilise your menu creativity, management ability and organizational skills to deliver a consistent and top quality product.
Canapés, banquets, set menus, corporate & out catering
Roster will change weekly depending on scheduled events
Production requires from scratch cookery, across the different functions of the kitchen
Be empowered to deliver both profitability & customer satisfaction minimising wastage

Work with a talented team to meet the needs of a diverse range of clientele.
Daily food preparation and service
Ensure quality control and high standards are met at all times
Stock management and ordering, maintenance of food and equipment
Menu development and collaboration
