A day in the life: The Lifecycle Marketing Senior Strategist will be responsible for audits, strategy, content, and setup of the email campaigns of current and prospective clients, as well as SMS campaign execution. They will be involved in further innovating client strategy, optimizing towards higher success metrics, and leveraging senior leaders in the team to further innovate strategy. They will also be responsible for coaching team members, and seen as a go-to for strategy support and performance optimization. This is an extremely cross-functional role that will be closely working with creative, content, web, and other departments in the company. Responsibilities: Define and drive email marketing strategy for Power Digital clients Manage daily operations of the email marketing channel – marketing calendar, strategy and content, build and deployment of email campaigns, as well as the A/B testing, measurement and reporting Build and manage automated email marketing programs for our clients and ensure end-to-end tracking and proper measurement Use data to continuously test, measure and optimize the email marketing program Partner and collaborate cross-functionally with other internal digital channels Deliver reporting metrics, key learnings and strategic recommendations to clients Information sharing, and training team on strategic tactics and implementation tools Role Requirements: 5+ years experience in email marketing strategy, production and end-to-end campaign management Strong analytical and strategic copywriting skills, understanding of A/B testing practices, ability to draw conclusions from data and take action accordingly Hands-on experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, Hubspot, Braze, or similar SMS experience Expertise in email best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, copy and design approaches. Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email coding Strong communication, rapport building and presentation skills, as well as the ability to navigate difficult conversations Team management experience (preferred) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Manages 5-7 enterprise or growth accounts Below 10% client churn rate Hitting defined EBIDTA goal Most Important Things (MITs) Manage accounts with the highest workflow volume or complexity with positive feedback Leads trainings and plays an active role in team member development within department Exceeds profit and revenue per team member success metrics #J-18808-Ljbffr
