IT Project Manager to join our team to support a large client for multiple projects.

Overview:
The Sr. Project Manager position will lead, oversee, monitor, and report on implementation projects inside of the Professional Services practice area.
The Sr. Project Manager will collaborate with project stakeholders to achieve project objectives on implementations of customer and NVC products.
The Sr. Project Manager will lead customer meetings and help to identify and resolve project issues.
This position will lead project resources to create and execute the project plan, analyze customer needs, define requirements, maintain project documentation, and oversee the implementation of commercial off-the-shelf software.
Oral and written communications and project updates to all stakeholders will be a critical part of the job.
Responsibilities:
Manages product implementation projects through all phases: scoping; project analysis; development or configuration; testing; implementation; and documentationCommunicates directly with customers to manage the implementation and resolve any issuesOverseas and direct assigned resources to project work plansCompletes a broad array of written project documentationPrepares presentations and presents project status to customers and project stakeholdersCollaborates with implementation consultants, product owners, and project stakeholders on project requirements, quality assurance, implementation progress, testing, and transition to supportQualifications Required:
7+ years of Project Management experience in a technology organizationAt least 3 years of experience managing SaaS implementations as a Project ManagerExcellent verbal and written communication skills are requiredProven experience managing a team to project completionExcellence in core PM skills like risk management and budget managementDemonstrate business savvyProactiveness – someone who will identify and get ahead of problemsAbility to steer the project by organizing the team and leading them to a solution or way forwardAbility to prep the extended team to work through issues with customer executivesProven success working with and solving problems for all levels of managementStrong presentation skillsExpert level in Microsoft Office ApplicationsPreferred:
Professional certification—including PMP/PRINCE IIPrevious success in managing the implementation of commercial software platformsStrong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelinesExperience coaching and educating project teams to strengthen team members' capabilities and skill setsAgile and Waterfall project management methodology knowledge and experienceWe offer:
