Reporting to the Strategic Revenue Management Lead, this role serves as a key business partner across our sales and marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for tracking & analysis of category dynamics, price changes and in-market performance

Drive visibility and transparency of price performance & tracking through the Segment Teams & S&OP process.

Prepare pricing for innovation & renovation by individual channel based upon market pricing strategy, guidelines from global, and MAC requirements

Provide pricing reporting and insights to relevant stakeholders

Ensuring pre and post analysis for Trade Promotion Investments to drive actions & decision making as part of the S&OP+ process

Challenge unprofitable promotions and recommend alternatives based on best practices

Work with SRM Lead to identify and improve SRM system and process flows, identifying required technical and behavioural changes, and working on programs to enact

Our successful candidate will have:

Ability to build successful working relationships, being a key contributor as part of a cross functional team.

Ability to challenge the status quo and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

3+ years’ experience in Finance, Marketing, Sales or Category Management, preferably in FMCG environment
