Analyzes, develops, and implements long-term supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues and production location decisions in support of business goals. Supports business execution of new programs and initiatives that include promotional activities, forecast and coordination for key events, new product launches, and network redesigns. Monitors key sales and operations planning performance indicators, cost-to-serve performance data, and coordinates cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives. Must Have: Minimum Requirements Bachelors degree required. 2 or more years of relevant demand or supply planning experience. Fluent English is a must. Communication and Influence: Communicates primarily and frequently with internal contacts. External interactions are less complex or problem solving in nature. Contacts others to share information, status, needs and issues in order to inform, gain input, and support decision-making. SAP Experience required. Team work. Works independently with general supervision on larger, moderately complex projects / assignments. Sets objectives for own job area to meet the objectives of projects and assignments. Contributes to the completion of project milestones. Nice to Have Fluent Portuguese is a plus. SAP PR1 & SAP APO. Knowledge in S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution) and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning). Experience in Power BI navigation and report analysis.
