We are looking for experienced Technical Recruiters with deep knowledge and understanding of telecommunications roles. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying top talent in the marketplace and manage the full life cycle of the recruiting process.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the full life cycle recruitment process based on changing priorities and client needs
Identify top talent in the marketplace
Source candidates through our existing database and contacts, advertising campaigns, direct recruiting, etc
Meet with candidates to evaluate their skills and understand their job preferences
Meet with stakeholders to qualify requirements
Attend initial project meetings with management
Work with peers and supervisors to determine a candidate's viability to support and resolve specific project needs
Make recommendations to management staff regarding the top talent available to meet their requirements
Manage the expanding candidate database, and provide consistent support and direction to staff and candidates
Strategize with teammates to accomplish weekly business growth goals
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related field
At least 2-4 years Recruiting experience (Telco experience is required)
Will consider candidates with less than 2-4 years of recruiting experience if experienced and knowledgeable in telco
Outstanding communication and customer service skills
Ability to demonstrate excellent recruiting and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced business environment
Experience with an ATS, such as JazzHR
Experience with relevant job boards, e.g. , Indeed, LinkedIn, etc
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork
Excellent time management and follow-up skills
Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multitask
Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills
Telco knowledge -Understands telecommunications and keeps abreast of telco trends
