Oceania Healthcare is one of New Zealand's largest providers of aged care and retirement living. We have 46 sites across the country with 3,600 residents.

Green Gables is our newest centre to be launched, right in the heart of the sunny Nelson CBD. Our new, modern Village will boast beautifully appointed independent living apartments and luxury Care Suites. The complex has architecturally designed living spaces and communal areas for our residents to enjoy.

In this senior role, you will be accountable for both the top-line revenue and bottom-line profitability of Green Gables.

Working alongside a clinical leader, you will have the chance to recruit, develop and lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional care and innovative hospitality services that delight our residents.

Plus, you will be responsible for ensuring our target occupancy rates are met.

To be successful, you will need to demonstrate:

Leadership skills with proven experience effectively building and strengthening a team.

A record of results-driven achievements.

A quality-focus with a relentless drive to deliver service excellence.

Financial acumen having managed financial performance at an operational level.

Knowledge of and experience with employment legislation.

Literacy in the Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications in either healthcare or business management.

It will also be an advantage if you have:

Senior management experience in either the aged healthcare or hotel industry.

Prior sales experience.
