We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company in The IT Sector.
Under the company and product vision of the founders and build a strategy and tactical plans to support it.
Own the product roadmap and drive execution of themes, features, processes and initiatives to improve user engagement and experience.
Work across engineering and product teams to accelerate implementation through use of OKR’s and internal processes that ensure a repeatable blueprint for delivering work.
Provide leadership to cross-functional teams and direction to the enterprise in long-range strategy planning to address complex business issues.
Actively identify and invest in specific business opportunities where the product can enhance the value of the business.
Be a member of the leadership team, informing all major strategic decisions and helping shape the culture.
Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership to set the long-term vision of the product.
Evangelise the product both internally and externally, shepherding products through the development process, advocating to achieve the best outcomes.
Experience in a leadership role at a high-growth tech startup.?
Experience in Developer Tooling, Enterprise SaaS and/or Cyber Security fields is a plus.
You have a strong technical background, ideally engineering.
You are a natural leader who relishes the opportunity to build systems, celebrate successes and push your team members to the next level.
You are data-informed. You search for evidence to inform your decisions. You have strong quantitative and analytical abilities with deep understanding of key metrics and how to think quantitatively about the impact of your decisions.
You have experience managing and developing product managers at all levels, from Principal to Junior.
