Scope of the Role  As an Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our B2B clients, serving as the primary point of contact. Your responsibilities will include engaging with clients, coordinating activities, and ensuring smooth follow-ups to guarantee client satisfaction. This customer-facing role demands excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of account management principles. Duties and responsibilities: Engage directly with B2B clients in a professional and courteous manner. Coordinate and manage follow-up activities to meet client needs and expectations. Utilize Slack and Asana for efficient communication and task management. Requirements Previous experience in marketing, particularly in client-facing roles.
