Serving over 1 million customers annually across Europe under the esteemed brand CELLONIC, we established our office in Bogotá, Colombia, in 2022, to support our team in Berlin. What We Seek:  We're looking for individuals with a foundational understanding of category management, a readiness to learn, and the ability to support our Category Managers in Berlin. As an Assistant Category Manager, your responsibilities will include: Market and Competitive Analysis Ensuring Product Data Quality Analyzing Sales Data Reporting Inventory Observations Generating Improvement Ideas WHAT YOU'LL BRING What We Expect: Degree in Business, Science, or a related field 1-2 years of experience in category management, project management, or business development Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Familiarity with Project Management tools (i.e. Asana) is a plus Solution-oriented mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills Fluency in Advanced English (B2 level at a minimum); multilingualism is an asset.
