We are thrilled to announce an opportunity to join our team as: Business Developmet Executive Amazon Web Services Scope: Full-time | Office: Colombia | Hybrid Model Your functions within the role will be: Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote AWS to potential and existing clients, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored AWS solutions. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify business opportunities, understand industry trends, and stay ahead of competitors. Lead Generation and Deal Closing: Generate leads through various channels and negotiate and close deals, focusing on revenue growth. Collaboration and Feedback: Work closely with technical and product teams, providing feedback from clients to help refine offerings and ensure customer satisfaction. What we need to see from you Educational and Experience Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the sales sector within the IT industry, including leadership positions in commercial teams or customer success roles. Required Skills: Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams and exceeding revenue targets, preferably with a focus on selling solutions on AWS. Strong understanding of digital transformation initiatives and their alignment with solutions based on AWS. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and market trends to drive strategic decisions related to AWS. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, while highlighting the value proposition of solutions on AWS. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools, with specific experience in managing sales of AWS cloud solutions. Experience working in a global or multicultural environment, with a focus on selling AWS cloud solutions. Certification in business development or related field, preferably with a focus on AWS technologies. Fluency in English.
