Bilingual Lawyer

SuperStaff is searching for a talented Bilingual lawyer to handle all our company's legal transactions, partnerships, and projects. Your principal goal will be to guarantee that all our company's transactions comply with government laws and statutory regulations, while proactively preventing any possible legal risks and violations for the Company. Other duties will include consulting and leading all corporate legal processes such as labor, tax compliance issues, transactions, partnerships, and lawsuits. The successful candidate must meet the requirements for the job, have outstanding negotiation and communication skills, and with sharp attention to detail. Requirements ·         Bachelor's degree in law.  ·         Licensed to practice law from the Colombian Labor law.  ·         A minimum of 3 years experience as a corporate and labor lawyer.  ·         Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.  ·         Highly analytical with strong attention to detail  ·         Outstanding managerial and negotiation skills    ·         Assertive communication, creativity, leadership, strategic planning, event management, and analytical skills. ·         English B2 or higher.
