Desired Skills & Experience:10+ years of experience in implementing/supporting JDA ESP and Fulfillment in the Manufacturing domain.Implementation experience in JDA ESP, Fulfillment, and IO.Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.Solution-driven attitude.Team management and people management skills.Responsibilities:Liaise with business users, client managers, and specialists to understand requirements and problem statements.Own the overall design of the JDA template for Supply and Inventory Planning to meet customer requirements.Guide template design considering best practices, standard functionality, repeatability, efficiency, scalability, and sustainability.Lead Supply Planning process and technical design, build, testing, and training.Document all external interface requirements.Support the Business Integration team in writing Functional Designs (FDs), Field Mapping Documents (FMDs), and Technical Designs (TDs).Define Supply & Inventory Planning data requirements, test scenarios/cases, and associated data requirements.Report issues/bugs to JDA and track their resolution.Make independent decisions and interact directly with customers.Demonstrate conference room pilots with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).Carry out Development/upgrade/support tasks as assigned.Review technical specs.Coordinate with the customer and offshore team to resolve queries or clarifications.APPLY , we have an opportunity for you!Conditions Indefinite term contract , we love long-term relationships so we want you to be part of this family for a long time.You can be located anywhere in the world , we like you to work remotely!
