With nearly 50 team members across multiple countries, this US-based e-commerce agency is eager to continue expanding operations to Medellin and Bogota. Work mainly from home with the potential of regularly meeting in an office with the Colombian team. Pre-paid and dental health insurance under an indefinite contract. 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Colombia Time. Monday to Friday. Colombian holidays will be off. About the Role Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll be at the helm of the operations, guiding the rapidly expanding team in Colombia . Ideally, you will have the following experience and qualifications: Demonstrated track record in business development or sales within the e-commerce sector. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
