Position:  Business Operations CoordinatorWorking Hours      :  M-F 9am-5pm EST (Flexible - EST overlap) Salary:  2,000USD to 2,500 USDType of contract : Independent contractorSummary of Position:We are seeking a versatile and proactive Business Operations Specialist to join our small but mighty team. This role will be instrumental in supporting the day-to-day operations of our business and driving growth through marketing, sales support, documentation analysis, and consulting activities. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional writing and communication skills, a keen ability to learn quickly, and a proactive, driven attitude.Responsibilities Take ownership of various operational tasks, including marketing initiatives, sales support activities, and document analysis/production. Analyze documents and data to extract insights and make recommendations for process improvement and efficiency. Provide consulting support to internal stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations to drive business growth and operational excellence. Collaborate closely with the team to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement. Swiftly adapts to new software tools and technologies to support business operations and efficiency. Develop innovative solutions to business problems, integrating technological advancements where appropriate. Ensure solutions are feasible, sustainable, and aligned with business objectives. Produce high-quality documentation, including requirement specifications, process maps, and project plans, ensuring clarity and actionable insights. Oversee the project lifecycle, from initiation through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Regularly review and assess business processes and IT solutions, recommending improvements and innovations to drive efficiency and competitiveness. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Strong writing and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to craft compelling content for various audiences and purposes. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a small team, with a willingness to pitch in and tackle various tasks as needed. Quick learner with a positive attitude toward technology and a willingness to adapt to new software tools and platforms. Previous experience in marketing, sales support, or consulting roles is a plus.
