Lugar: CO - Cali Representante de Adquisición de Talento de Goodyear: GABRIELLE RICHTMANN Primary Purpose: Responsible to negotiate all supply needs of products and services from all associates and plant according to the Procurement procedures. Main Responsibilities: • Quote, negotiate, buy products and services (in the national or international market) in accordance with the Procurement Policy and contribute to improving Prices, performance service, Quality, Cash Flow, as others. • Manage bidding processes and negotiate current services • Find and evaluate new providers • Implement continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities and achieve financial and operational objectives • Update information controls, savings reports and other objectives under this role responsibility • Process internal requests by system to buy in the local or foreign market, on the basis of seeking the best conditions for Goodyear (price, quality, payment terms and delivery opportunity) • Generate orders and keep track of products • Focus on generating savings, reducing costs and increasing payment conditions, in accordance with regional objectives • Lead negotiations and guide the internal user in the best efficient condition to quote the services, always looking for an improvement in the total cost. • Look for new opportunities in the market or internal methods to improve operations and costs • Interact with internal customers to identify and comply with local requirements • Demonstrate savings by using effective trading tools Education and Certifications: • Degree in: Industrial / Mechanical / Electrical Engineer, Administration or Economy. Experience: • Between 4 to 6 years in Procurement Departament. • Indirects Sourcing Negotiations • Purchasing HR, IT, Professional Services, Marketing, Facilities, Engineering.
