Front-End / Back-End Developer

The ideal candidate should have experience with data modeling and database interaction and is expected to write user friendly, intuitive, front-end code in a collaborative environment. They will work closely with the technical architect to define secure web-api's and should be familiar with data caching. They should be comfortable working in a unix/linux environment and should be experienced in database installation and database schema definition. Agile development methods will be used as well as source code versioning systems like GIT or SVN. This position will also write code in a scripting language like Ruby on Rails or Node.js, Code will be periodically reviewed for scalability and maintainability in an english speaking environment. They should be very familiar with writing cross browser web applications in an MVC framework.

Experience with cloud computing (AWS, GAE, etc) is a plus for this position.
