The consultant will be pivotal in implementing interventions identified during this process.Role of Consultant:Facilitate MOUs with government officialsDesign and implement pilots for Alternative Energy CommunitiesCapture local voices engaged in transitionsCoordinate evidence collection and learning methodsEngage in high-level dialogues with government officialsOversee the design of a learning and solutions systemIdentify additional entry points for the Action HubSupport publication and sharing of materialsDevelop analytical material on governance around energy transition processesRequirements:Master's (or PhD) degree preferred10+ years of relevant experienceFluent in Spanish and EnglishKnowledge of natural resource governance issues in ColombiaExperience in governance, accountability, or related fieldsStrong relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience in project management and reportingOrganized with strong prioritization skillsDiplomatic communication style#J-18808-Ljbffr
