Oversee generation of reporting and analysis that highlights emerging risk and provide assurance insights and recommendations for leader to better meet governance obligations, inform business decision making and enhance performance objectives Produce analysis of reports that identifies trends and changes and delivers narrative of why these have occurred. Support analysis with further information, training, education, awareness campaigns to help the business improve performance. Supports the assurance analysts with providing insight and advice to successfully set up and mobilize projects and deliver the assurance project execution plan requirements throughout the life of the project, escalating any risks to the project manager and assurance manager. Monitors local emerging risk and facilitates risk and learning discussions to innovate and create proactive value solutions and provides feedback to operations globally as well as projects, when needed. Keep abreast of business change trough developing relationships with key stakeholders and becoming part of their team. Facilitate virtual assessments with projects and operations to identify, assess and develop plans for key risks and opportunities. Provide analysis to identify common themes and trends. Support the development of the assurance regional assessment plan, and co-ordinate virtual assessments in collaboration with operations assurance. Provide guidance and support to operations around the application of human performance and risk based assurance activities. Assists with investigating events and conducting risk and lessons learned workshops. Challenges and influences internal and external stakeholders to apply human performance and bold ways of working, including facilitating micro experiments in projects. Interface with business operations and global functions on the implementation of the assurance program. Strengthen business understanding of assurance and take action to strengthen he first line of defense. Collaborate with the systems and data team to provide a global support service for the assurance system. Collaborate with the assurance system provider to develop solutions that will optimize the collection and display of data. Act as a trusted business partner to the operations assurance group and deliver tasks independent with minimal supervision. MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED 10 or + Years - Professional
