Performance Marketing Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Performance Manager to join our team. As a Performance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns to drive performance and achieve business goals. This role requires a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, data analysis, and the ability to develop effective strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. Duties: - Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across various digital channels, including social media, search engines, display advertising, and e-commerce platforms - Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization - Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engine optimization (SEO) - Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and interact with followers to increase brand awareness and engagement - Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing marketing materials - Conduct market research to identify target audience preferences and trends - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field - Proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising - Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels such as social media, search engines, display advertising, and e-commerce platforms - Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar analytics tools - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets - Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices - Experience with content creation and social media management - Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams We offer competitive compensation packages based on qualifications and experience.
