Then this may be the opportunity for youRole description:- Ensure accurate budget control of trade investment, providing timely and accurate reports to the budget owners.- Work as a business partner of the marketing team by fully understanding business performance, with data-driven advice and mid-term forecast accuracy. - To execute a range processes and tasks associated with collecting and processing data and delivering relevant. To ensure management and statutory reporting for business units are completed accurately and on time, adhering to all relevant internal control procedures. Accountabilities 1. Prepare / support preparation of management and statutory reporting information. Activities typically include (but not exclusive to) : updating budgets and forecasts, month and year end processing, producing reports, basic analysis and checking, data integrity and data quality, banking operations. 2. Perform specific tasks related to integrity, quality and reasonableness of the management and statutory reporting process. . 3. Assist in preparation of submissions of the management reporting e.g. business unit, legal entity reporting requirements following standard global policies, processes and timeline. 4. Proactive participation in the month-end close, reporting and reconciliation process in accordance with the agreed internal and group timetable. Ensure the completeness and the accuracy of financial reporting process 5. Identify material movements based on pre-established templates. 6. Perform analytical review and investigate variances. Ensure the movements vs. previous periods or vs. the previous forecast can be traced and explained. 7. Keep Process Documentation actualized and accurate.Grade differentiators:Mid: Performs a range of work activities in varied environments. Works without frequent reference to others. Uses limited discretion in resolving issues or enquiries.
