Provides leadership, guidance and customer product expertise to the sales team.
At this level the role has increased responsibility including, but not limited to, additional skills, multiple lines/products, diverse teams, etc.
This job is not eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions. Responsabilities • Manages daily Product Management operations under minimal supervision. • Executes the Product Management strategy and employs a customer-centric approach that incorporates the latest innovations in research and development. • Creates presentations and reports that highlight key performance indicators and reflect the complexities of the market. • Incorporates industry best practices into recurring Product Management processes. • Utilizes predictive analytical tools to forecast product performance in the market and recommend product enhancements. • Coaches and trains junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities. • Integrates Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.
