Scrum Master We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master with expertise in the SAFE (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology to join our dynamic team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in facilitating Agile practices and ensuring the successful delivery of projects in alignment with the SAFE framework. Job Responsibilities: Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead and facilitate key Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and progress. Coach Agile Principles: Provide coaching and guidance to the team on Agile principles and practices, ensuring adherence to the SAFE (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology. Support Product Owner: Assist the Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization activities to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs. Remove Impediments: Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver sprint goals effectively. Monitor Team Progress: Utilize Jira or similar Agile project management tools to monitor and report team progress, identifying areas for improvement and celebrating successes. Facilitate Communication: Foster open communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders, including those who primarily communicate in English, to ensure alignment and transparency. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in team processes and performance through regular retrospectives and feedback loops, promoting a culture of learning and adaptation. Required Skills: Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field. Proficiency in English at level B2 or higher. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master with expertise in the SAFE Framework and proficiency in Jira.
