Overview We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our technology team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in JavaScript/React, Node, and MongoDB to build and maintain robust, high-performing full-stack applications. Your contributions will play a critical role in shaping the architecture and development of our software solutions, driving innovation and excellence in our projects. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable full-stack code using JavaScript/React on the frontend and Node for back end. Implement and maintain database solutions with MongoDB, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, providing technical leadership and innovative solutions. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by identifying bottlenecks and bugs, and devising solutions to these problems. Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization, implementing best practices and coding standards. Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support for their growth and development. Required Skills & Experience Extensive experience in JavaScript, particularly in React.js, and familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools. Proficient in working with MongoDB and understanding of NoSQL databases. Expert understanding of error handling in Node.js, including the ability to develop robust error handling strategies and mechanisms. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and architectural design patterns. Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes. Microsoft Azure Platform Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack development. Nice to Have Skills Experience with TypeScript. Understanding of Microservices. Experience with RabbitMQ and/or IBM MQ (or any Message Queue software). Working with EDI files. Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes. Preferred Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Soft Skills Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
