You will work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and other designers to deliver high-quality digital products that meet user needs and business goals.Duties and Responsibilities:Lead the design process from research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and implementationDevelop user personas, user flows, and information architecture to guide the design processDesign visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that meet accessibility and usability standardsCollaborate with developers to ensure the implementation of the designs meets the intended user experienceMentor and guide junior designers in the teamContinuously improve design processes and methodologies to enhance the team's efficiency and effectivenessSkills and Qualifications:5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applicationsStrong portfolio showcasing your design process and user-centered design skillsExperience leading and mentoring other designersProficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative SuiteSolid understanding of web design principles including responsive design, accessibility, and usabilityKnowledge of HTML/CSS and web development technologiesExcellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentEssential qualities or behaviorsGreat communication skills for explaining ideas and discussing solutions with developers, clients, and other team membersSelf-motivated and proactive.
