Job PurposeDevelops, executes and maintains a comprehensive sub-category strategy capable of delivering best in class results for assigned category at the global levelJob DescriptionAccountabilities: Develop, grow and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies capable of delivering best in class Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost results for assigned scopes Identify opportunities and suppliers that can provide goods, materials and special processes which provide a competitive advantage to FTI in quality, delivery lead time and reduced total cost of ownership (TCO) Work closely with Global Sourcing & Procurement organization to help develop long-term supplier relationship potential, including how each party benefits from mutually beneficial collaboration Work with GSP peers to drive assigned Strategic Sourcing Projects including: product source (supplier) identification and development, development and issue of invitation to tender (ITT) packages, supply agreement development and negotiation, strategy implementation and post-agreement supplier relationship management including the performance of regularly cadenced business reviews, etc. Develop, communicate and manage specific supplier improvement initiatives focused on quality, delivery reliability, cost reduction and engineering/specification updates Monitor and report on competitive and macro/economic environment for defined scope Support Procurement execution during escalation, as needed Support local content/offset requirements if applicable to scope Manage Project Procurement activities Requirements: Undergraduate or Masters level degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management / Industrial Distribution (or Business equivalent) 3+ years' experience in Supply Chain Management/Sourcing/Procurement Excellent interpersonal skills to manage suppliers and internal stakeholders' relationships Proficiency in communication and negotiations Ability to read and understand technical documentation and 2D drawings Excellent problem-solving skills You are meant for this job if:Leadership CompetenciesAct with AgilityLead with a Lean MindsetDrive AccountabilityDemonstrate Customer IntimacyProblem Solving Being a global leader in the energy industry requires an inclusive and diverse environment.
