El candidato ideal tendrá un fuerte interés en gestión del talento, desarrollo y relaciones con los empleados. Responsabilidades clave: Apoyar en el proceso de integración de nuevos empleados mediante la coordinación de welcome kits. Apoyar en la ejecución de eventos y actividades para promover el bienestar laboral de los empleados y fortalecer la cultura. (Celebración de fechas especiales como día de la familia, día de la mujer, hombre, madre, padre, día de profesiones etc.…) Apoyar comunicados, logística, cotizaciones y/o regalo de aniversarios, kit de bienvenida, cumpleaños, bodas, condolencias, grados, incapacidades etc... Brindar apoyo administrativo al equipo de Talento y Cultura, incluyendo la redacción de Job Descriptions, procesos, etc... Apoya en proyectos relacionados con la cultura organizacional, ambiente de trabajo, diversidad e inclusión y bienestar de los empleados. Apoyo en logística de manejo de beneficios. Apoyo en funciones de SST. Requisitos: Técnico o tecnólogo en talento humano o carreras afines, que este habilitado por la institución para firmar contrato de aprendiz. Residir en Medellín y trabajar de lunes a viernes en la oficina. Fuerte interés en gestión del talento, desarrollo organizacional y prácticas de recursos humanos. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales. Capacidad para mantener la confidencialidad y manejar información sensible con discreción. Detallista con sólidas habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo. Dominio del paquete Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo.
