Acquisition Manager

We're helping one of our clients, Remote Latinos, hire for Acquisition Manager. "Providing job opportunities in the real estate investing and wholesaling industry." Compensation: USD 8 - 10/hour. Location: Remote (anywhere). Skills: Proficient in training, growth strategies, and team management. Responsibilities: - Collaborate directly with the CEO to ensure goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met. -Manage and oversee the team of Acquisition Managers, providing guidance and support as needed. - Focus on increasing the department's speed and conversion rate for property acquisitions. - Conduct training sessions, manage performance, and handle the hiring and termination of team members. - Maintain and manage the phone dialer system, including setup, adjustments, and list loading. - Lead the property acquisition team process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in acquisitions. - Supervise the department, ensuring adherence to protocols and standards. - Fill in for team members when they are unavailable and manage calls as necessary. - Develop and implement a streamlined process for warm hand-off of leads to the Acquisition team. - Establish and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guide team operations.
