CHiring Affiliate Marketing ManagerThis position is mostly remote (marketing team meets a couple times a month). Based in LA*We love disruptive thinkers and are scaling rapidly.Our team is comprised of top talented high growth leaders and do-ers. Currently breaking monthly records consistently and likely to 3X our revenue and profits in the calendar year. We are self funded and profitable from day 1, have attracted top C-levels and VP's from several of the fastest scaling companies in the nation, and are at an incredibly exciting and pivotal time of our journey. An amazing time to join the team!Seeking a top Affiliate Marketing Manager that will:Actively find and recruit top performing affiliate agenciesBuy rights to content from creatorsAffiliate relationship management through email campaignsRunning contests for affiliatesFlexible and willing to do whatever is needed to grow the programLooking to build out our team and this person will have a fast track to not only heading up the entire affiliate growth strategy however will also have the opportunity to build out an internal team.Currently we have ~5k affiliates and we are looking to scale this to over 30k affiliates in the near term.Compensation and benefits:Base salary: $75k - $125k DOEBonus: 20% (company and individual performance based)Benefits: We offer a full suite of benefits (tends to be generous for size of company)
