We provide legal, financial and employee administration through TMF Group's teams in 120 offices.Key responsibilities:Support the team in the creation and maintenance of Client and Employee data in the Payroll System which may include filing folders, work instruction, payroll calendar, trusted source, etc.Performs daily work with medium complexity, payroll registers such as Client and employee registrations into Spanish Authorities, data entrance in payroll system, preparation of local pension filing, support in employee benefits administration (leave, claims, etc.), HR related matters etc.Perform statutory submissionsPerform banking/payroll fund requests, monitor banking deadlines and ensure timely delivery. Perform bank reconciliation.
