Latam Production management team is seeking for an Associate candidate to work supporting the Latam trading desks of FX, Rates and derivatives. The successful candidate will be part of a high pace team working with technologists located all over the world to troubleshoot issues in the production environment related to trading and post-trading applications, improving the stability and observability, automating tasks and processes using Python, SQL or other tools and languages stacks; work with other technology teams during the Software Development Life Cycle and change management to move bug fixes, changes and application enhancements to the production environment.Responsibilities include: Support trading desks activities in Colombia on-site Automate routines, improve stability to optimize Front Office and Middle Office workflows Investigate issues' root causes engaging technologists all over the world Engage with other technology teams during the SDLC and change management Support the EOD processes and procedures Qualifications include: Graduation in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems and other technology courses Fluent in English Knowledge of SQL, Python, Linux, cloud environment and SRE (Site Reliability Engineering)
