We're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to tackle a diverse array of responsibilities.Responsibilities:- Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate on the strategic planning and flawless execution of our real estate development initiatives.- Timeline and Budget Management: Assist in coordinating and managing project timelines, schedules,and budgets to ensure smooth operations and timely completion.- Vendor and Contractor Communication: Interface with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to maintain project documentation, including contracts, insurance certificates, and records.- Administrative Support: Handle various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, documenting processes, and creating SOPs to enhance efficiency and organization.- Financial Tracking: Support project financial tracking and budget management efforts to ensure projects stay within budget and meet financial objectives.- Marketing and Social Media Assistance: Aid in social media posts, marketing initiatives, and advertising efforts to enhance our online presence and attract potential clients.Requirements:- Proven experience in project management or related roles.- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication skills, with proficiency in both English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across departments.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.- Knowledge of real estate development processes and industry practices is preferred but not required.
