Job Summary: We are looking for a Business Development Coordinator to join our growing Kelly Honda team! The right candidate will be a team player with a "can-do" attitude and excellent communication skills. Day-to-day tasks will include initial communication with clients regarding our product and service offerings.

Responsibilities Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with serviceappointments
Respond quickly to internet, phoneand live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates
Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, serviceteams and dealership management
Utilize Xtime and CDKtracking system daily
Qualifications At least one previous role based in customer service experience
Excellent teammate with a collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
Prompt and courteous demeanor
Positive and hardworking personality
Strong computer skills
Valid driver's license
