What the day will look likeThe Senior Occupational Risk Consultant will be responsible for serving multiple clients in the occupational risk portfolio, providing consultancy on all matters related to the implementation of the occupational health and safety management system, with special emphasis on medical issues related to preventive and occupational medicine and occupational medicine. Based in Bogota. Reporting directly to the VP of occupational risks.- Consulting on occupational health and safety management system- Accompanying clients in the execution of AON's value offer in occupational risks.- Analysis, follow-up and consulting in occupational health cases.- Permanent transversal support to occupational risk clients in consulting related to preventive medicine and occupational medicine issues.- Control and follow-up of income and expenses of assigned clients in occupational hazards- Relationship with the different ARL's in the market, following up and controlling their performance in the labor risk clients.How is this opportunity different?This role will allow you to interact with diverse clients where you will be able to put into practice your consultative skills on issues related to occupational hazards.Skills and experience that will lead you to success- Professional with a degree in Medicine, with a specialization in Occupational Health and Safety and with a valid license issued by the corresponding territorial entities.- Experience: 5 years as an occupational health and safety physician, preferably in insurance companies (ARL's), insurance brokers, or in companies leading occupational health processes.- Knowledge of occupational risk and social security regulations.- Knowledge in the management, control and follow-up of occupational medical cases.- Knowledge of labor risk and social security regulations.- Knowledge in the management, control and follow-up of occupational medical cases.How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we foster a diverse workforce.
