JOB PURPOSE Unicoin INC is seeking a passionate and proactive Community Manager with a deep understanding of Web 3.0 principles and decentralized communities. As the Community Manager for Web 3, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing our online community, fostering meaningful engagement, and driving adoption of our products and services within the Web 3 ecosystem. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement a comprehensive community engagement strategy to foster a vibrant and inclusive community around Unicoin INC's Web 3 initiatives. Manage and grow Unicoin INC's presence on various social media platforms, forums, and online communities frequented by Web 3 enthusiasts, including Discord, Telegram, Reddit, and others. Cultivate relationships with community members, influencers, and key stakeholders to drive advocacy, participation, and user retention. Create and curate engaging content, including blog posts, newsletters, videos, and social media posts, to educate and inform the community about Unicoin products, services, and industry developments. Monitor community feedback, sentiment, and discussions, and respond promptly to inquiries, comments, and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to gather insights, address community needs, and drive product improvements. Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in Web 3.0, decentralized finance (DeFi), and blockchain, and share relevant insights with the community. Track and analyze community metrics, engagement levels, and growth trends, and provide regular reports and recommendations to management to optimize community efforts . JOB QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; additional certifications in blockchain or community management are a plus Proven experience (8+ years) in community management, social media management, or digital marketing, preferably within the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or Web 3.0 space. Deep understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized ecosystems, and the principles of Web 3.0, with a passion for decentralized finance (DeFi) and emerging technologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner for diverse audiences. Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build relationships, inspire trust, and foster a sense of belonging within online communities. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a track record of developing and executing successful community engagement initiatives. Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with remote teams. Familiarity with community management tools, social media analytics, and content management systems (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Discord, Telegram, Reddit) is preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. Flexible and adaptable – can manage change and work comfortably with ambiguity Team player – works well in a collaborative environment Being fluent in English and Spanish is desirable .
