Pur Compensation and benefits Lead, you will be working closely with the people team and managers across the organization to understand the current state of our compensation and benefits guidelines and propose improvement opportunities to have consistency across the organization while we grow the business and the team.What you will do Build and launch Addi's compensation philosophy : Develop consistent, competitive and cost efficient compensation programs for all the geographies where addi has colleagues.
