Job Purpose and ImpactThe Process Operations Analyst I will be responsible for the structuring of information to control a production process within the plant. In this role, you will monitor costs, process expenses, headcount and budget to facilitate better decision making across the location.Key Accountabilities Ensure compliance and reliability on dashboard indicators. Analyze additional indicators to ensure accurate information and enable efficient follow up. Identify process failures and notify the appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner. Generate daily reports to provide structuring information related to the production process. Follow up on environment, health and security activities for plant partners. Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Other minimum qualifications may apply Preferred Qualifications Minimum of one year of related work experience Experience with production processes in a matrixed company Knowledge of operations technology systems
