We are searching for the best talent for Experienced Analyst, Transportation Services to be in Bogota Purpose: Established and productive individual contributor, who works under moderate supervision. Coordinates and monitors day-to-day activities for critical supply chain competencies and capabilities, and defines operational end-to-end solutions, from initial customer needs and requirements, through to final delivery and implementation. Ensures cross-functional consistency and flow relative to transportation standard operational procedures and key objectives, to drive focused, customer-specific transportation solutions with global reach and impact. You will be responsible for : * Oversees operations of in-bound transportation performance to ensure reliable and cost-efficient supply of local Affiliates DCs from Manufacturing Sites and Regional Hubs to ensure lean and cost efficient inbound transport operations in support of required service to the Customer. * Administers end-to-end supply chain strategies and solutions that maximize transportation services flow and operational efficiencies, tailored to customer's specific needs and requirements. * Configures comprehensive transportation operating procedures and associated key performance measures, objectives, and goals to ensure operational success. * Examines strategies to help drive and enhance the company's transportation and end-to-end supply chain competitive advantage, through ongoing process, quality, and compliance checks and balances. * Documents summarizations of supply chain issues and concerns, based on data-driven analysis, to escalate and rapidly address critical issues. * Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities. * Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team. * Bachelor Degreel in International Trade or Businesses, Business administration or related careers * Over 7 Years Work Experience, mainly in operations and customer service * Intermediate english level
