As an Intern, you will be working together with the Analysts and Associates in our team to support transaction advisory engagements and execute regional landscape assessments. Experience with research and presentation tools, as well as interest in investments in high-impact sectors will be regarded favorably. Prior experience in the financial industry is not necessary Primary Responsibilities Support the preparation of presentations, database management, and stakeholder communications Support data collection and perform market research, competitive analysis, and other research as needed Analyze detailed corporate and financial information Assist in the preparation of financial models to illustrate forecasts, KPIs, and value of companies Collaborate with due diligence activities and ensure the collection, organization, and completeness of information requests Contribute to the preparation of transaction reports for internal and external stakeholders Attend business development and project meetings, and assist with the due registration of those interactions (i.e., note-taking, attendee list) Participate in the execution of landscape assessments and Investment Facilitation engagements Perform other related duties and assignments, as delegated Think you have what it takes but are not sure you check every box?
