No Relocation Assistance Offered# 160055 - Cali, Valle del Cauca, ColombiaThe Finance Analyst must guarantee that all foreing suppliers payments of CP Colombia are in compliance with exchange local regulations being the main contact between CBS & CS&L in order to meet this process, lead and coordinate all Andina Region insurances claims and assure the process of MDM related to bank data is on place meeting the compliance processes.Responsabilities:  Exchange validation of all intercompany and foreign payments of CP Colombia Coordinate and follow up on missing documentation or pending cases in order to meet payment obligations on time.Preparation of Withholding certificates for payments of Services abroad, which must be signed by the Rev.Fiscal Balance of Payments for Services Report - Banco de la República Exchange reports of all payments of goods and services from abroad before the Banco de la República Control and proper accouting records of all miscellaneous income of CP Colombia (recycling, employee reimbursement, contractor reimbursement, etc.)Coordination and consolidation of documentation for insurance claims in the Andean Region, ensuring the proper accounting recording & follow up for prompt collection When necessary, support Treasury activities from the Hub Requirements:  Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineer, Economist, Accountant or related careers At least 1 year of work experience, ideally in the financial area or in the banking sector With knowledge in google suite tools and/or Microsoft tools and ideally in SAP Intermediate English
