Company Description Job Description An incredible opportunity to join SOFITEL LEGEND SANTA CLARA CARTAGENA as GENERAL MANAGER Reporting into the Vice President Operations, the General Manager oversees the day to day operations of the hotel in accordance with company and brand mission, vision, values and standards. The maximization of financial performance, guest satisfaction and colleague engagement is an integral part of the position. Furthermore, the General Manager will assist the VPO in the development and communication of strategies, goals and objectives as well as the implementation and monitoring of financial and operational plans for the hotel while, managing, growing and fostering positive owner relations and maximizing performance.
