We're helping one of our clients, Remote Latinos, hire for GHL Expert/Automation Expert. "Providing job opportunities in the real estate investing and wholesaling industry." Compensation: USD 800 - 1.2K/month. Location: Remote (for Colombia, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Venezuela, Paraguay, and El Salvador residents). Skills: Proficient in technical support and account management. Responsibilities: - Technical Support: Act as the first point of contact for client support inquiries related to the Tax Nitro platform. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software functionality, system integrations, and bug reporting. Provide assistance via email, phone, and live chat to ensure a seamless user experience. - Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to use Tax Nitro features effectively. Conduct welcome calls and training sessions, customize settings based on client needs, and help with the initial setup of their accounts. - Email Management: Monitor and manage the support inbox, responding to client queries in a timely and professional manner. Prioritize emails based on urgency and follow up on ongoing issues to ensure resolution. - Billing Follow-Up: Handle billing inquiries, assist with invoice issues, process refunds when necessary, and follow up on unpaid accounts. - Zoom Calls: Schedule and conduct Zoom calls for in-depth troubleshooting, training sessions, and to provide personalized support. Use these calls to build rapport with clients, gather feedback on platform usage, and identify opportunities for improvement. - Feedback and Reporting: Collect client feedback on product features and support experiences. Report regularly to the management team on common issues, client satisfaction, and suggestions for product improvements.
