Description:
As a Human Resources Team Leader, you will be responsible for effectively leading and coordinating human resources processes for our organization. This includes managing recruitment and hiring, payroll, employee well-being, and delivering essential reports to various areas of the company. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and enforcing disciplinary and workplace safety policies.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Essential Functions:

- Coordinate and execute human resources processes effectively.
- Lead the recruitment and hiring of talented personnel.
- Ensure correct and timely payroll processing according to established schedules.
- Develop and implement employee well-being programs.
- Consolidate and provide employee reports required by different areas of the company.
- Report workplace incidents and accidents.
- Manage and receive worker documentation.
- Control sick leave and report to the Social Security department.
- Process certifications and worker requests.
- Monitor job vacancy requests and ensure their proper processing.
- Create and manage employee shift schedules and work hours.
- Prepare records of employee actions and ensure compliance with disciplinary processes.

Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

- Academic background in Administration, Psychology, or a relevant professional field.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of Human Resources.
- Proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of compensation and payroll.
- Familiarity with the Workplace Health and Safety System.
