Client Intake:

Receive and process incoming inquiries and requests for services, assessing the needs and determining the appropriate course of action

Information Gathering:

Conduct thorough interviews with clients, collect accurate information, asking probing questions to get the whole story

Documentation:

Complete and maintain intake forms, applications and all related documentation and make sure ALL required fields are properly filled and signed

Inquiry Resolution:

Provide prompt and professional responses to inquiries, addressing questions, concerns and providing accurate information or direct to the relevant parties

Screening and Qualifications:

Assess client qualifications for a case based on predetermined criteria, making informed decisions, and referring ineligible clients to alternative resources/ services

Follow-Up:

Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure a smooth transition into the firm's services

Communication: With legal professionals and staff, clients and prospects, and leadership

Qualifications/ Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience

Previous inside sales/ account management experience

Analytical skills

Previous CRM (Customer Relationship Management) (Customer Relationship Managment software) experience

Personal injury legal experience a PLUS

Solid understanding of and use of Strategic Selling techniques

Candidates must be articulate, attentive, and empathetic in handling potential client inquiries and leads.

Must understand the sales funnel process.

Ability to overcome objections and high persuasion.
